Daisy Reed (323) 971-9208 -  As the Family Reunion Planning Team Leader, Daisy will provide coordination between other teams and provide the "big-picture" guidance for reunion planning and execution. Schedules, plans and presides over planning meetings, maintains an updated timeline of finished and unfinished task. Supports all team leaders as they assume their responsibilities and serves as needed to execute the teams’ plans. Will also serve as leader of the Communication/Public Relations Team and along with the planning team co-leader be responsible for managing information and communications between family members, including the reunion web site and mailing list, to ensure that information is disseminated in as timely and accurate a manner as possible. Mail all the various invitations and follow-up reminders to family members and other invitees, place announcements in local area newspapers and church bulletins; provides a report of the number of letters mailed and number of letters returned due to incorrect address information at each team meeting.

inezmarshall@comcast.net  As Planning Team Co-Leader, Inez will work with the team leader in planning the Program for the reunion's Opening Ceremony, Meet and Greet and Saturday's  Banquet. Will also serve as the Tee-Shirt Team Leader and be responsible for selecting the graphic design and wording for the shirt. Must secure a vendor and negotiate price. Will ensure that each person who orders a shirt receives the shirt and proper size.

tmg209@yahoo.com  As Activities Team Leader, Tammi and her team will decide what everyone else will do at the reunion's Meet and Greet and "A Day from the Sun". This includes activities and games for all ages; planning the activities, making sure all the equipment is on hand and in a functioning and unbroken state, and printing up the certificates and awards for the various winners of various games and activities. They are also in charge of finding volunteers, or forcing volunteers (smile) to run the games and activities if they can’t do it themselves. This team  is one of the most time-consuming jobs at the family reunion.  Thank youTammi!

She will manage donations, fees and expenses associated with planning and executing the family reunion. Will put together the budget (with the assistance of team members), and keep track of how much money has been/will be spent. Keep track of which family members have paid the registration fees. and maintains a record of payables and receivable. Will issue receipt of payment to paying members, issue reimbursement to planning team members with proper receipts and maintains receipts submitted by team members for reimbursement. Will open and manage a checking account, deposit the income from reunion registration fees, donations, fundraisers, etc.

The team will lead the family in praise and worship as we worship and praise God for who He is and what He has done for our family, through welcoming and ushering in God's Holy Spirit.  We will magnify and exalt the Lord in our hearts.
